The Government set a final rules on the maintenance of organization

The federal Government on Thursday put the final rules for new program that aims to improve patient care by getting doctors, hospitals and other service providers to work together more.

Health care providers will be able to begin to form the responsible care organization in 2012 to coordinate care, share notes, and reduce the duplication of tests and medical errors. The provider must make a commitment to three years to care for Medicare patients at least 5,000 groups if they formed these organizations known as ACOs.

Service providers will receive reimbursement for Medicare as usual, but they also have the opportunity to share in savings if the cost of caring for their patients in lower than expected.

President Barack Obama's health reform, aiming to eventually provide health insurance for millions of people have insurance, call for this approach to improve the quality of care. ACOs will help doctors take a more holistic view of patient care rather than just focus on what they treat certain during the visit, said Jonathan Blum, Medicare administrator.

That means the patient primary care physicians may work more with his cardiologist to review the progress of patients or make sure prescription medications do not conflict.

The task force of Yosemite Park Brainstorms security issues

The task force met Wednesday in Yosemite Park to discuss issues such as improving security camera function by increasing their bandwidth wireless connectivity, install additional lighting, and how to create public safety signs that will encourage community members to call the police public service directly during an emergency.

The task force meeting, consisting of a dozen members of the public, city officials and the new Dean of Eagle Rock High School, led by CD 14 Northeast Regional Director and the Deputy field Zenay Loera Kai Newkirk from the Office of Councilman Huizar Josè.

One of the major topics discussed at the meeting centered on the pros and cons of the breaking down of multi-dimensional, "H"-shaped handball court and replace it with a wall or building a basketball court in his place.

The Court, located nearly 20 meters from the children's play park which has recently received a makeover $ 320,000, is a popular place to play handball. But right-angled walls also serve as hiding places for people to drink.

"Men of the older using handball court for drinking on the weekends," said Morgan Coxwell, Eagle Rock residents who live nearby and use the Park, along with his partner, to take them on walks.

Employee loyalty is dropping around the world

Mercer surveyed 30,000 employees in 17 places around the world between the fourth quarter of 2010 and the second quarter of 2011. Perhaps not surprisingly, the number of workers who are seriously considering moving out of their work has increased since the last time Mercer survey, between 2003 and 2006, before the great recession. Worldwide, between 28% and 56% of employees expressed a desire to leave their jobs. In some countries such as Brazil, there is a huge jump in the desire to move. Five years ago, only 12% of workers say they want to change Brazil post. Now more than half say they do.

In the United States percentage of workers who said they wanted to leave and get a new job rose nine percentage points, from 23% in 2005 to around one in three, or 32%, in 2010.

When Mercer checked the financial factor, not surprisingly, it found that the base pay is the most important factors for workers. But globally, base pay is admitted as the most important factors of the sixth, after five others, the issues that are softer, like respect, and work/life balance. (Base pay is the most important factor in Hong Kong, and in the top three factors in China, India, Italy and Singapore.)
